Brighton Singing Lessons with Chip Jenkins was established in 2007

as a response to many local Brightonians taking their

music careers quite seriously!

Maisie Peters has been for singing lessons,

so have the super talented Katy Hurt and Roman Scott

 

Stavanger Sangtimer was set up when I moved over here to Norway.

 

I have 20 years experience in the Contemporary Music Education Sector.

My communication skills are fun, clear and intuitive.

I love making a difference to singers' careers, whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards of education. Generally, I teach young adults, but I have also taken on a few handpicked teenage talented students.

Since 1999, when I began teaching at the Academy of Contemporary Music in the UK 

(One of Europe's leading Contemporary Specialist Music Schools) I began to develop my musical, pedagogical and music industry skill sets. I am accustomed to teaching at Degree level, and Higher Diploma (age 16 +). 

 

My most recent passion is to develop singers confidence, through good solid vocal technique, anatomical knowledge and helping them to clarify their career goals.
