Microphone for vocals
Hello Again! Just a new little video up for Brighton Singing Lessons students and also people having concerns about their singing voice. Check out our new video about vocal health, nodules and taking care of your voice here. As mentioned in the video, we only have one set of vocal chords, so we need to be aware of if we are at risk of losing the ability to speak or sing. So many people are unaware of how their voice works and also the warning signs. Strangely the groups of people who can be at risk vary from children shouting in playgrounds, call-centre workers and even clergymen! Through putting together this video, I was pleased to discover that simply resting the voice can result in a positive outcome. I also deal with the next stage of treatment available to voice users if they are concerned. Some of the tips are simple, such as ensuring that you are hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Some of the tips are slightly less predictable such as avoidance of spicy foods that cause acid reflux and dairy that can be mucous-forming. All in all, this video is the start of your journey if you wish to do further research about the voice.070-583
